History

Des Moines native, Brad Morford, along with partners Todd Hyde and Tony Dock, established Iowa Teleproduction Center in 1987, with facilities originally in Urbandale. The company built and moved into its current West Des Moines facility in 1992, and has grown from the original three-man operation to one that employs more than 20 people and a host of talented freelancers.

"The phone rings because of the reputation we've created, and our reputation is solid because of our great employees," Morford said.

All three founders attribute their continuing success to their outstanding employees and the values they embraced when they started the business - excellent customer service, creativity, use of progressive technology, and Midwestern integrity.

"We have been privileged to count many highly regarded businesses among our loyal clients through the years," noted Morford, "but sticking to our core values means we care enough to want the $2,000 project to look just as good as the $150,000 project, and our clients know that."

In addition to local advertising agencies such as The Integer Group, McCormick Company, Meyocks & Priebe, Hellman & Associates, and Strategic America, Screenscape Studios' clients include Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Wells Fargo, Pella Corporation, The Principal Financial Group, the Iowa Soybean Association, Gateway 2000, Emerson Process Management, Winnebago Industries, Better Homes & Gardens, and Meredith Corporation.
